Return & Refund Policy

At Grace Harrison Design Co, we aim to provide high-quality custom engraved items and exceptional customer service. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Custom Products

Custom products include any items with personalized engravings or designs, such as names, dates, or messages (e.g., tumblers, cutting boards, jewelry, etc.).

Non-Returnable Custom Products:

  • Due to the unique nature of custom products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Please ensure all personalization details are correct before placing your order. This includes spelling, dates, and design specifications.

Damaged or Defective Custom Products:

  • Contact Us: Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item at graceharrisonandco@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect.

  • Resolution: We will review your request and offer one of the following resolutions:

    • A replacement of the defective or damaged item at no additional cost.

    • A full or partial refund, depending on the extent of the issue.

2. Non-Custom Products

Non-custom products are items sold without any personalization or custom engravings.

Return Policy for Non-Custom Products:

  • Non-custom products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
    The items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at graceharrisonandco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

3. Order Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, the production process may have started, especially for custom items, and we may not be able to cancel or refund the order.

  • Changes to Orders: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed after the 24-hour window.

4. Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
